This traditional recipe makes an excellent gourmet drinks snack simply spread on toast.
The mackerel are poached whole in a court-bouillon, the skin and bones are then removed by hand. The flavour of the mackerel mingles with those of onions, tomatoes, white wine, spices, and of course lime which gives this recipe its superb freshness!
Mackerel (60%), pork fat (24.2%), white wine (sulphites), onions, tomato concentrate, salt, lime juice (1%), spices, herbs.
