La Belle-Iloise Cannery created its first spread in 1968, releasing its innovative sardine and whisky cream!
The sardines are fried and the skin and bones are then removed: only the flesh is used to obtain the refined texture and authentic flavour of this fish and whisky combination. Simply spread on toast and enjoy!
Sardine flesh (53%), extra-virgin olive oil, butter (milk), tomato concentrate, water, whisky (2.3%), spices, lemon extract.
