An unusual marriage of flavours
Tuna cooked in pork fat, an old tradition on the island of Yeu, off the west coast of France, is combined here with the classic Italian cheese, Parmesan.
On the palate, the finesse of the tuna is enriched by the delicate, fragrant flavour of the Parmesan… A highly successful marriage, best enjoyed on toast.
Albacore tuna (50%), pork fat (18.4%), onions, water, red peppers, Parmesan (milk, lactose and milk-based products) (3.5%), tomato concentrate, white wine (sulphites), cassava starch, herbs, salt, spices, yeast extract, seaweed.
