A traditional Texan recipe with a Breton twist!
A complete, balanced dish inspired by Chili con Carne, in which the red beans are replaced by white beans and the ground beef is replaced by small pieces of mackerel. Corn is added for a little crunchy texture and vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers) for smoothness. Finally, there is a touch of spice with some cumin and chili.
This delicious recipe is cooked in a glass jar, for easy reheating and direct consumption. The simple pleasure of good food!
Instructions for use:
Mackerel fillets (25%), tomatoes (21.5%), water, white beans (11.5%), onions, sweet corn, carrots, red peppers, rapeseed oil, herbs, potato starch, spices including cumin (0.5%), salt.
