Prepared sardines, quick and easy to heat up!
Simply heated up in a frying pan over low heat, or in the microwave, or wrapped in parchment paper in the oven, these sardines are guaranteed to be a tasty treat! In parchment paper, without adding any fat, the fish cooks more quickly, and absorbs the flavours of the surrounding vegetables and seasonings.
