All the flavours of the fish… without the bones
It requires many hours for our best canners to master this delicate technique that enables the removal of the sardine bones without damaging the flesh.
This avoids having to fillet the fish and any drying of the flesh during cooking. The appearance and characteristics of the sardines in extra virgin olive oil are thus preserved : richness, flavour, and melt-in-the-mouth texture… without any bones !
Sardines (80%), extra-virgin olive oil (18.8%), salt.
