Tajines and couscous provided the inspiration for this original recipe.
The sweetness of the raisins and freshness of preserved lemon are delicately enhanced by the spices and a hint of harissa. A wonderfully harmonious recipe!
Sardine fillets (45.6%), extra-virgin olive oil, onions (9.7%), tomato, water, Turkish raisins (2.9%), lemon juice, preserved lemon (2.1%) (sulphur dioxide), herbs, cassava starch, fried onions, wine vinegar (sulphites), salt, spices (1%) (mustard, sulphites), yeast extract.
