A flavourful recipe, with a touch of extravagance!
A generous recipe combining sardines with toasted buckwheat and churned butter. Reheated, they conjure up the aromas of the pancake houses in Brittany… Let yourself be transported!
"Run the tin under hot water to remove the contents more easily.
These sardines can be heated:
- In a frying pan: 3 to 4 minutes, turning from time to time, over very low heat to preserve the soft texture of the flesh
- In the microwave: approximately 1 minute at 500W.
- In the oven: preheat to 180 °C and heat for about 7 minutes in a dish, or 10 minutes wrapped in parchment paper."
Sardines (69%), churned butter (milk) (14%), water, toasted buckwheat (4.9%), seaweed, cider vinegar, sunflower oil, herbs, potato starch, lemon juice, smoked grape seed oil, salt.
