One of La Belle-Iloise Cannery’s great classics, this recipe requires rigorous attention to the quantity and quality of the lemons!
Selected for their size and thickness of their skin, fresh lemons are carefully sliced at the cannery before being added to the tins. The sardines are then covered with pure peanut oil to preserve the flavours.
