In this recipe, the spices and aromatic flavourings are prepared by hand and infuse with the flavour of the sardines.
While the bay and clove bring aromatic notes, the pepper and the chilli add a touch spice… all the flavours are brought together in the slightly fruity extra virgin olive that impregnates the flesh of the sardines.
