Oriental-style sardine turnovers

A delicious blend of Oriental spices.
This recipe is packed with flavours: tomatoes, red peppers, herbs, a hint of garlic, paprika, cumin, all enlivened with a little chilli… a journey for your taste buds!
Run the tin under hot water to remove the contents more easily.
These sardines can be heated:
- In a frying pan: 3 to 4 minutes, turning from time to time, over very low heat to preserve the soft texture of the flesh
- In the microwave: approximately 1 minute at 500W.
- In the oven: preheat to 180 °C and heat for about 7 minutes in a dish, or 10 minutes wrapped in parchment paper.
Sardines (55%), water, onions (4.5%), tomato concentrate (4.4%), extra-virgin olive oil, red peppers (4.4%), herbs, salt, potato starch, spices (0.5%), yeast extract, mint (0.1%) thickener: xanthan gum.
