Vegetable tagliatelle with sardines with preserved lemon

Run the tin under hot water to remove the contents more easily.
These sardines can be heated:
- In a frying pan: 3 to 4 minutes, turning from time to time, over very low heat to preserve the soft texture of the flesh
- In the microwave: approximately 1 minute at 500W.
- In the oven: preheat to 180 °C and heat for about 7 minutes in a dish, or 10 minutes wrapped in parchment paper.
Sardines (55%), water, extra virgin olive oil, fennel (5.8%), lemon preserved in salt (4%), ginger, lemon juice (1.7%), potato starch, coriander leaves (0.8%), salt, herbs, yeast extract, thickener: xanthan gum - spices.
