In this Provençal-style recipe, small pieces of tuna mingle with the flavours of the Mediterranean countryside: chopped black olives, dried tomatoes, garlic and onions. These are further enhanced with Herbes de Provence herbs and a dash of olive oil. All you need to complete the experience is the sound of the cicadas under the Provence sun!
