Endive salad with mackerel cooked in beer

What you need for this recipe
- 1 tin 1/5 (160 g) la belle-iloise flaked mackerel in white beer
- 1 large orange
- 1 endive
- 40 g plain or cumin-flavoured Gouda
- Cut the orange in half; cut one half into thin slices and set aside for decoration. Peel the other half and dice the flesh.
- Dice the gouda.
- Cut the endive into thin slices.
- Add tin of flaked mackerel and mix everything together.
- Chill before serving.
