Mackerel and mustard timbale

Ingredients
All ingredients- 2 tins 1/4 (352 g) la belle-iloise mackerel fillets cooked with mustard
- 100 g spiral pasta
- 100 g whipping cream
- 20 g grated Parmesan
- 20 g butter
Steps
- Cook the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes.
- During this time, butter the ramekins, and then sprinkle Parmesan on the butter.
- Pour the cream into a large bowl.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the cream.
- Leave to rest for 2 minutes.
- Add the mackerel fillets with their sauce and mix thoroughly, keeping some good-sized pieces of mackerel.
- Distribute among the ramekins pressing down firmly and cover with a sheet of buttered foil.
- Bake in hot oven at 210 °C (gas mark 6/7) for 30 minutes.
- Unmould and serve hot.
- You can drizzle the timbales with a little hot mustard sauce hot made with cream, mustard and salt.
