  • 2 tins 1/6 (115 g) la belle-iloise sardines with lemon thyme and Timut pepper
  • Half Granny Smith apple (approx. 80 g)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 large flat Paris mushroom (approx. 80 g)
Let's get started
Steps
  1. Cut the apple into small cubes with the skin.
  2. Drizzle with the lemon juice
  3. Cut the mushroom into 10 slices
  4. Cut each slice into 3 and reassemble them on little plates
  5. Gently tip the sardines onto a plate with the sauce
  6. Place one sardine on each mushroom slice
  7. Scatter a teaspoon of diced apple on top
  8. Coat with a teaspoon of sauce
Tips:
  • Decorate with a few chervil or coriander leaves.
