What you need for this recipe


All ingredients
  • 4 tins 1/10 (320 g) la belle-iloise flaked mackerel with grains of paradise
  • 6 wheat tortillas (20 cm diameter)
  • 1 small tin drained hearts of palm (100 g)
  • 2 carrots (250 g)
  • 2 tomatoes (200 g)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (6 g)
  • Fromage blanc (100 g)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 6 nice lettuce leaves
  • A few sprigs of chives or fresh coriander
Let's get started


  1. In a large bowl, mix the fromage blanc, mustard, salt and flaked mackerel.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots, dice the tomatoes and cut the hearts of palm into thin slices.
  3. Mix everything gently with the sauce.
  4. Roll the tortillas into cornets and place them in glasses.
  5. Put a salad leaf in each tortilla and fill them with the mixture.
  6. Decorate with a few chopped chives.
