Festive Mini-Skewers
All the ingredients
1 jar of 105g la belle-iloise Coral lentil concassé, Seaweed and Curry or Organic hummus with Brittany Seaweed
2 plain wheat tortillas
80g fresh goat cheese
A few baby spinach leaves
A few crushed walnut halves
1 clementine
1/2 Granny Smith apple
Let's get started

Step 1On one half of each tortilla, spread the goat cheese. On the other half, spread the Coral lentil concassé or the Organic hummus with Brittany Seaweed, and sprinkle with a few walnut pieces and baby spinach leaves

Step 2Roll the tortilla, starting with the side with the concassé or hummus

Step 3Cut the tortilla into 1.5 cm rounds and place them on skewers

Step 4Add a wedge of clementine and a piece of apple to each skewer
