What you need for this recipe


All ingredients
  • 2 tins 1/10 (160 g) la belle-iloise “Stopover in Shanghai” flaked sardines
  • 1 jar of Vietnamese-style vegetables (approx. 180 g)
  • 60 g basmati rice
Let's get started


  1. Cook the rice in salted water for 10 min. Drain and the rinse with cold water.
  2. Drain the vegetables and rinse them under cold water
  3. Put the rice in a large bowl and gently mix in the flaked sardines.
  4. Add vegetables and mix thoroughly, chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Decorate with a few coriander leaves.
  • Serve with spring roll sauce for extra seasoning.
