What you need for this recipe
Ingredients
All ingredients- 2 tins 1/10 (160 g) la belle-iloise “Stopover in Shanghai” flaked sardines
- 1 jar of Vietnamese-style vegetables (approx. 180 g)
- 60 g basmati rice
Steps
- Cook the rice in salted water for 10 min. Drain and the rinse with cold water.
- Drain the vegetables and rinse them under cold water
- Put the rice in a large bowl and gently mix in the flaked sardines.
- Add vegetables and mix thoroughly, chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Decorate with a few coriander leaves.
- Serve with spring roll sauce for extra seasoning.
