Ingredients
All ingredients- For the stuffing:
- 2 tins 1/4 (414 g) la belle-iloise natural albacore tuna
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (approx. 10 g)
- 2 chopped shallots (approx. 60 g)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- For the coating (choice of):
- poppy seeds
- toasted sesame seeds
- chopped chives
- chopped coriander or chervil
- dried seaweed flakes
- tomato soup powder
Steps
- Drain the tin of tuna.
- Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing in a bowl, chill for at least 5 minutes.
- Make small cherry-sized balls and roll them in the coating of your choice.
- Chill until time to serve.
