All ingredients
  • For the stuffing:
  • 2 tins 1/4 (414 g) la belle-iloise natural albacore tuna
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (approx. 10 g)
  • 2 chopped shallots (approx. 60 g)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • For the coating (choice of):
  • poppy seeds
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • chopped chives
  • chopped coriander or chervil
  • dried seaweed flakes
  • tomato soup powder
Let's get started
  1. Drain the tin of tuna.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing in a bowl, chill for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Make small cherry-sized balls and roll them in the coating of your choice.
  4. Chill until time to serve.
