Created by the head chef at la belle-iloise, our Seaweed and Lemon Mustard combines refinement and authenticity for a more indulgent and gourmet experience with every bite!

Made with Dijon mustard, lemon preserved in sea salt and high-quality organic seaweed from Finistère, this French mustard has a unique flavour, revealing a tangy combination of citrus and sea notes... Studded with preserved lemon and royal kombu, a brown seaweed cultivated in a "Natura 2000" area by our local producer, it offers flavours and texture for a real treat.

Made from simple ingredients, with no additives or preservatives, it is ideal for subtly accompanying your meat, fish, vegetables or raw vegetables. It is also delicious in sandwiches or as a salad dressing for a touch of originality!

With it, discover the antioxidant power of seaweed: a source of vitamins, marine minerals, fibre and protein, royal kombu is one of the richest foods in iodine, selenium, magnesium, potassium and iron.
