500m² of emotion in sound and light
A journey through time in a land of sailors, fishermen and canners: Quiberon, life punctuated by the sea and its seasons, artisanal know-how handed down from generation to generation... Discover a story of men and women shaped over almost a century around the precious natural resource of fish.
In the heart of the tour area, we've reconstructed our very first production workshop, dating back to 1932: everything is still alive, right down to the songs of the sardine boats and the scents of spices and herbs!
The precision of the human hand
Supplied daily with fresh sardines from May to November, and mackerel from January to March, during their respective fishing seasons, our Conserverie perpetuates manual gestures and delicate attentions to respect the fragile flesh of our fish year after year.
During your visit, you'll be able to watch in real time the expert hands of our operators, agile as the embroiderers of olden times, reproducing these age-old gestures that are one of the hallmarks of la belle-iloise and its fine products!

Discover our Discovery Space on the site of the historic factory in Port-Maria
540 m² of the former 1932 factory located in Port-Maria in Quiberon have been rehabilitated. We have thus created, under the same roof, a space dedicated to the discovery of our know-how, a direct sales store, a tasting area and a landscaped relaxation area in the spirit of a walk by the sea.
The unaccompanied and free visit takes place at your own pace, according to films, panels and information tables. Fun and educational, it has been designed for the whole family, including children!
