INTRODUCTION

DATA COLLECTED, PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

Depending on the trajectory taken by the customer through on its website, in mail order or in its stores, the Conserverie la belle-iloise collects different types of information for purposes, which are pre-determined, explicit and legitimate.

This information is communicated voluntarily by the customer in the context of his/her commercial relationship with the Conserverie la belle-iloise in the scenarios listed in the table available by clicking on this link.

The processing of customers’ personal data is based on the following legal bases: (i) the performance of a contract, (ii) the consent expressed by the data subject, or (iii) the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

(i) The personal data collected is necessary to perform the contract between the customer and the Conserverie la belle-iloise and, in particular, to manage orders, carry out invoicing, accounting, manage requests and complaints in the Customer Service Department.

(ii) there is generally an opportunity to obtain consent in every situation where personal data is collected and this facility is always available in the case of an e-mail survey. However, the collection of consent is not required whenever the e-mail concerns similar products or services provided by the Conserverie la belle-iloise, pursuant to Article L.34-5 of the Post and Electronic Communications Code.

DATA RETENTION

Personal data is only kept for the time during which it is needed to manage the commercial relationship.

Customer data is retained for as long as it is required for the purpose pursued. It is erased once the customer exercises his/her right to effect cancellation.

The data collected during subscription to the newsletter is kept until the person concerned unsubscribes.

Contractual data is kept and archived for the duration required to perform contractual, legal, accounting and fiscal obligations and in consideration of the applicable limitation periods.
