Spicy, lemony and salty, our Dijon mustard studded with preserved lemon and royal kombu combines finesse and authenticity for a more indulgent pleasure with every bite! The seaweed tartare offers a vegetable delight where wakame and royal kombu are mixed with lemon juice, preserved lemon and melt-in-the-mouth southern vegetables for a combination of salty and Provençal notes. 

These two 100% plant-based recipes are perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes. They are ideal as an appetiser on toast, to add a twist to a sauce, to accompany fish, meat, vegetables or raw vegetables, or to create sophisticated canapés.
