Dressed simply with fruity extra virgin olive oil, Saint-Georges sardines exalt the original finesse of a sardine prepared in the purest respect for tradition. A full expression of the traditional skills of the Belle-Ile region, they are the fruit of delicate care and precise techniques handed down from generation to generation.

Fished when ripe and in season as close as possible to Quiberon, our sardines are processed fresh, by hand, within 24 hours of receipt. Carefully selected, brined and trimmed, they are packed in tins with the utmost delicacy after cooking. Carefully lined up, we present them ‘à blanc’, a perfect guarantee of quality, before covering them with our olive oil, which rounds out and magnifies the flavours of the fish.
