Do you have a plastics reduction strategy?
La belle-iloise adopted a plastic reduction strategy several years ago. All the plastic tasting cutlery in our stores has been replaced by Opinel spreading knives. We’ve also replaced our plastic bags with more ecological options: paper bags and reusable, fair trade bags made from organic cotton. In 2019, several of our gift boxes were redesigned in cardboard, like our ‘Drinks with friends’ gift box or our ‘10 spreads’ gift box. All new gift boxes will be designed in a similar manner.
