Where are our tinned sardines fished?
Our sardines come mostly from the Bay of Biscay (from Douarnenez to La Turballe) and a small amount from the English Channel. The sardines are removed from the net and stored in containers or tubs filled with ice. Freshness is a key factor in guaranteeing quality, so all our fish is received and prepared the same day.
