Inspired by the family recipes of Breton fishermen!

More sophisticated than its previous version, cotriade has lost none of its charm. We simmered several fish (conger eel, gurnard, mackerel) with vegetables, herbs and a touch of white wine. We also added some nice pieces of hake!

In the old days, when they were at sea, fishermen would prepare a soup from the best pieces of fish in the evening. The cannery la belle-iloise has recreated this rich and convivial recipe in the purest respect for tradition, to delight you and your guests.
