To be served hot, this savourous recipe is a tribute to the region of Nantes. A marriage of our delicious sardines with early vegetables - tomatoes, onions, garlic, and parsley - that are grown so abundantly in the market gardens along the banks of the Loire, and tasty local Muscadet wine.

Tips, advice for use

Before opening, run the tin under hot water to liquefy the butter. Empty the contents of the tin into the frying pan and reheat over a very low heat to preserve the tenderness!

In the frying pan : 2 minutes on each side over very low heat.

Oven: 7 minutes in a hot oven (180°).

Microwave: about 1 minute at 500W.
