My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?

Unfortunately, because our products are particularly heavy, they can sometimes be knocked around during transport. This can sometimes damage the tins, without leaving any visible marks on the outer packaging. Our logistics team has worked on strengthening our packaging and packing methods to protect products. Despite this, some containers may still arrive damaged. In this case, please send us a photo of your parcel with the order number and customer number by email to serviceclient@labelleiloise.fr.
