Mackerel Chili

Put on your cowboy boots and immerse yourself in the American dream with our tasty Tex-Mex recipe inspired by Mexican culinary traditions.

Our little jar-cooked dish subtlety and lightly reinvents the famous chili con carne, a traditional spicy stew, to offer you a healthy, complete and balanced meal. For this, we replaced the red beans with beautiful white beans from Vendée, and swapped the minced meat for our tender, delicately flaked mackerel fillets. With its sweetcorn kernels and melt-in-mouth vegetables, our chili is subtly spiced with the warm notes of cumin and smoked chili pepper. Ready to eat, simply warm up to enjoy!

Tasty and filling, our little dish is also low in carbohydrates and salt. With plentiful fish and vegetables, it provides some valuable nutritional benefits, particularly from the mackerel (omega-3, vitamins B12 and D, sea minerals) and the coco beans (vegetable proteins, fibre, vitamin B9 and minerals).
