Je connaissais déjà ce produit parce que ma fille m’en avait offert, c’est la raison pour laquelle je l’ai acheté. C’est un produit d’un goût et d’une finesse incomparables! Rien à voir avec les maquereaux que l’on trouve habituellement. C’est un mets fin et délicat, tout en nuances, le goût subtil de chaque ingrédient se marie tellement bien avec les autres! C’est l’équilibre parfait!
