This elegant recipe brings out the subtly iodised flavour of prawns, and in just one bite pays homage to the flambé version of Normandy-style prawns. Inspired by this speciality, our spread is a perfect blend of tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley and onions with the shellfish meat, enhanced by the round notes of Calvados and a slightly spicy finish!
