Studded with red peppers and browned onions, our Cream of Mussel Curry is a creamy recipe with soft, harmonious notes. Rich in mussels, it has all the iodine and ocean flavour of shellfish. Sublimated by a touch of curry and coconut milk, it offers a subtly spicy finish for a slightly spicy twist!
Rich in omega-3 and vitamin B12, mussels are an excellent source of trace elements: iron, zinc, selenium and magnesium.
