Discover a selection of 6 tasty recipes from our Cannery, which are all tributes to our favourite fish. From the simplest to the most elaborate, from the most classic, with peanut oil, to the most sophisticated, with lemon thyme and Timut pepper, or the spiciest, with spices and herbs, vary the pleasures of tinned sardines!

Fished when ripe and in season, as close as possible to where we are, our sardines are processed fresh, by hand, within 24 hours of receipt. Prepared in the purest respect for tradition, their finesse is the fruit of precise techniques handed down from generation to generation. Carefully selected, brined and trimmed, they are packed in tins with the greatest delicacy after cooking. Carefully lined up, they are presented in their blanks, the ultimate guarantee of quality.

Rich in omega-3, vitamin D, calcium and phosphorus, canned sardines offer exceptional nutritional qualities, that are preserved for years until the can is opened!
