The organic Mayoz'algues

Designed and made in Quiberon, discover a 100% organic sauce inspired by the sea and by its treasures. Light and airy, Mayoz'algues is a lower-fat, lower-calorie and healthier alternative to traditional mayonnaise - a great idea for a light, delicious meal!

Studded with Royal Kombu, a brown seaweed grown in a "Natura 2000" zone off the coast of Finistère by our local producer, Mayoz'algues has a fresh iodine flavour and a slightly spicy taste. Made with organic French rapeseed oil, it is enhanced by a touch of Guérande salt and Dijon mustard, as well as a hint of ginger, pepper and lemon juice!

Get started with antioxidant power of seaweed: a source of vitamins, sea minerals, fibre and protein, royal kombu is one of the richest sources of iodine, selenium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Rapeseed oil, the richest in unsaturated fatty acids, provides an excellent source of omega-3, omega-9, vitamin E and vitamin K.
