Perfect served with a pan-fried selection of seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, rice, pasta or couscous-style semolina, they can be reheated as desired: in a frying pan for 2 minutes on a low heat, in the oven for 7 minutes at 180°C, 1 minute in the microwave at 500W or 8 minutes in a bain-marie...
