The menu includes 3 spreads to share on toast: the brand new Coral lentil concassé, Seaweed and Curry, the Provençal Sardinade with 2 olives, and the subtle Mackerel Rillettes with Lemon & Brittany seaweed. Alongside them, the Mackerel salad with Beluga lentils and White balsamic vinegar reveals a harmony of marine flavours full of freshness and lightness. As for the Tuna, Tomato and Green Olive Sandwich filling, and the exotic Marie-Galante flaked Tuna, they provide the ingredients for delicious, balanced sandwiches with a sunny flavour... All you have to do is think of the bread to enjoy a delicious meal, and take advantage of a convivial break in farniente mode!
As an added bonus, the Binikit includes a fork, knife, baguettes and spoon in an ingenious, lightweight case.
